Steeper, medium-textured clayey, facing southeast.
Vineyards working:  
According to the biodynamic techniques, the vines are protected by copper, sulphur and biodynamic preparations only. The biodynamic preparations and the green manure in the vines are focused to improve the soil's humus. No chemical products used.
Vinification:   48 hours of pre fermentative maceration with the skins. No temperature-controlled fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel vats. Pressing with horizontal press membrane.
Varieties:   Trebbiano Spoletino 85%, Grechetto
Alcohol content:   12,5 % Vol
Refining in bottle:   3 months.

Serving temperature:   11° - 12°C.
Packaging:   Formed from 0.75 liters in cases of 6 bottles.
